1. Payment

Q: What payment methods are available?

Q: Can I pay in installments?

A: We currently do not support installment payments. However, depending on your credit card company, you may be able to set up installment payments later. For more information, please contact your credit card company. please.

2. Delivery

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is 950 yen nationwide, and free for orders over 10,000 yen.

Q: How long does it take to ship my item?

A: We usually ship within 1-3 business days after receiving your order. Delivery time varies depending on your shipping address.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange items?

A: If the product is unused, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. In this case, KOTOPOTTER will cover the return shipping costs. If you wish to return the product, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. About the Product

Q: Are there any differences between the product photos and the actual product?

A: As these are handmade products, there may be slight differences between individual products. This is also the charm of handmade products.

Q: Can I get my products gift wrapped?

A: Yes, gift wrapping is available as an option.

5. Ordering

Q: Is a receipt or invoice included?

A: Normally, we do not enclose receipts or invoices. If you need one, please let us know when you place your order.

6. Membership Registration

Q: Can I place an order without registering as a member?

A: You can purchase as a guest without registering as a member. However, registering as a member will make your purchase process smoother from your next purchase onwards.

Q: How can I change my membership information?

A: After logging in, you can change your information at any time on the My Account page.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Q: I would like to change my order. Is this possible?

A: We cannot accept any changes after your order has been completed, but you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us for more details.
