This piece from Syunzan Kiln is an authentic Japanese dish, a faithful reproduction of the works of Ogata Kenzan"尾形乾山", a renowned artisan of the Edo period.

Ogata Kenzan, known as a master craftsman of the Edo period, is also celebrated as one of the pioneers of Kiyomizu ware.

This Kenzan Utsushi "乾山写し"(Utsushi＝remaster) revives the masterpieces of Kenzan in the modern era.
